RECIPE: Fertility Boosting Smoothie
This fertility boosting smoothie is full of nutrients that will help prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy. Perfect for both females & males!
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana, chopped
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 scoop of plant based protein powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia Seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately!
