RECIPE: Healthy Hot Chocolate
Looking for a little healthy holiday indulgence? You can feel good about drinking this hot chocolate any day, any time 😉
HEALTHY HOT CHOCOLATE
1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, organic dairy)
1 teaspoon of raw cacao
1 teaspoon Manuka honey
1 Tablespoon of collagen powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
2 squares of dark chocolate
– Using the stove, heat up the milk in a small pot on a low/medium heat.
– Once the milk is warm/hot, add the milk and all the other ingredients (except chocolate) into a blender and blend until well combined.
– Add chocolate squares to the bottom of a mug and pour the warm chocolate milk over top. Stir to mix in the melting chocolate. Drink!
