Shipping FAQ

Shipping Policy

Our team will work hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 -3 business days for us to prepare and process your order. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday 12pm – 4pm EST (excluding public holidays).

Confirmation email will be sent once your package is on its way.

All orders will ship via Canada Post. You also have the option to pickup your order instore.

Where does Wellth ship?

Canada wide. Wellth does not ship to the USA or internationally.

 

Delivery Fees:

Free shipping on orders $200+ (before tax). Please select “free shipping” before checkout.

Shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout, based on your delivery address and the contents in your cart.

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you have received email confirmation that your package is on its way, please allow 2-9 business days for your order to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information.

Regular Parcels:
GTA – 2 business days
Ontario – 3-5 days

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, however professional line products are only available to authenticated customers.

Returns Policy

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however cancellation/order changes are a time-sensitive action, so please contact us as soon as possible at shop@yourwellth.ca.

Orders may be cancelled or changed if it has not been processed or packaged. Once packaged a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Can I return my order?

Wellth will accept returned items for a full refund if the following terms are met:

  1. Wellth must be notified of the return request within 5 business days of receipt of order. Orders over 5 business days are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  2. Items must be returned in original, unopened condition. If the item is not resalable, returns cannot be accepted. This includes all original packaging and seals.
  3. Wellth is not responsible for shipping fees on returned items. All items need to be returned within 10 business days of notification.
  4. Once your return is received, our team will inspect the items for approval of the refund and notify you as soon as possible.

*Please note the following items cannot be returned: Probiotics and all items that require refrigeration.

 

What if there is an error or fault with my order?

If you receive an order that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@yourwellth.ca and we will happily replace or refund your item.

Wellth will pay the shipping fees for returns that are faulty or result of an error.
